Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms govern your use of the LANZA portal, the store pages and every web game launched from them.
Acceptance of Terms
Access to the LANZA portal and to the web games published on it is granted on the conditions set out in these Terms. By opening the store, launching a title or creating an account you confirm that you accept them in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. We may revise this document as the service evolves; the revision date above always reflects the version currently in force.
Platform & Entertainment
LANZA is an entertainment platform. Every game is provided AS IS, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and runs directly in your browser without installing any third-party software.
Titles may be added, updated or withdrawn at any time. We give no warranty that a specific game, feature or game session will remain permanently available.
User Accounts & Fair Play
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself.
Fair play is a condition of access. The following are prohibited:
- Bots, macros and any form of automated play
- Exploiting the network protocol, tampering with traffic or forging packets
- Manipulating game sessions, results, timers or matchmaking
- Circumventing technical limits, rate limits or access controls
Intellectual Property
All rights in the design, source code, game mechanics, artwork and the LANZA trademark belong to LANZA.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You may not copy, decompile, redistribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
LANZA is not liable for interruptions of your internet connection, for the loss of unsaved local browser state, or for any consequences of clearing your cookies, storage or browser profile.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.
